Since this is a more residential section of beach, public beach access is available but limited, so foot traffic should be a lot less if you visit this beach.

St. Augustine Beach

The most popular stretch of sand, St. Augustine Beach doesn’t just offer access to the waves, but also to dozens of restaurants and shopping. Spend the day at the St. Johns County Ocean Pier Park, where kids run through the Splash Park and playground, or take on your friends in a round of beach volleyball. Butler Beach

This small portion of the beach offers picnic tables and beach access, close to many popular condominiums on our rental program, including Barefoot Trace, Creston House, & Quail Hollow. Crowd sizes are much smaller here since with many access points dedicated to private condominiums, so renting out a condo here will guarantee you a sandy spot in the sun.

Crescent Beach

This beautiful southernmost beach offers stunning sunrise views, as well as equally impressive sunset views. Located just across the street is the Matanzas River, and many of our rentals have balconies facing both east and west. A day at this beach feels like a true escape.
