Why should we book a vacation rental with Coastal Realty?
Our team offers you a world of experience when it comes to beach rentals. After more than 26 years in business and local roots that go deep, Coastal Realty is THE place to find your home away from home. You’ll find friendly and knowledgeable reservationists helping to make your St Augustine vacation the experience of a lifetime.
Is there a rental office on site at each property?
Many of our properties have agents on site to assist you, because our goal is to ensure your stay is pleasant and rewarding. If an agent is not on site, help is available at our main office.
When I reserve a unit, do I pay for it all at once?
Not necessarily. We require a down payment on all rentals, which is typically $250. The balance is due at least 30 days in advance of weekly rentals and monthly rentals.
What is the cancellation policy?

What if I have a maintenance issue?
We have staff available seven days a week to accommodate any issues that may arise, from a plumbing problem to a lockout.
What if I can’t check in during office hours?
All our units have lock boxes in which a key can be stored to accommodate a late arrival.
Should I bring linens and towels?
All units are supplied with fresh linens and plenty of bath towels. The only towels you may need to bring are beach towels.
What time can I check in and what is the check-out time?
Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am. To ensure proper cleaning and preparation of your unit, and in consideration of the next guest, please abide by these times.
Is there phone service, cable TV, and internet?
Yes. Each unit has a phone for local calls. Cable TV is provided. We offer free Wi-Fi at all of our properties.
