We have always enjoyed our stays in the St Augustine / Crescent Beach area for many years thanks to the assistance offered by Judy Alligood and the experienced, local staff of Coastal Realty & Property Management. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We just love St. Augustine and all the folks and Coastal Realty. Thanks again for another great stay in STA.

thought the unit was nice and our needs were met quickly with maintenance. However, we didn't have pillows on the bed in the master bedroom (just the shams), was able to find spare pillows in the closet but not pillow cases to go with them. Had to use a spare sheet to wrap around them.
One recommendation would be to have recycling onsite, with vacations, lots of bottles and cans and wish there was a recycling bin for us to leverage.
Overall, great maintenance response and front desk communication - would definitely stay again!

The bathroom floors are very stained and should be replaced. For this amount of money, I would expect the bathrooms to be more updated.
The WiFi did not work at times.
The bed pillows should be replaced. They were very limp and worn out.

When entering unit we immediately opened patio doors while front door was open.
The wind was so strong it blew a lamp right off the table and broke. Told the office, she said insurance will cover.
I apologize for that happening. Would probably be a good idea to put A sign up to warn guests CCD about the cross breeze. It is a significant issue.

We enjoyed our stay in Sand Dollar 1-206, and our first visit to St. Augustine. The condo was plenty spacious, very clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. Thanks.

When we arrived the refrigerator produce bins were full of ice, frozen solid . The produce bins were always wet.

Excellent unit! Tastefully redone. Beds comfortable, owner and property manager were very accommodating to any of our needs. I would definitely stay in this unit again. 2nd floor middle of building close to elevator and pool. Well stocked with beach toys and chairs . Sand dollar is always where we stay here.
