  •    St Augustine is one of our favorite places to vacation, we try to visit annually but since Covid, this was our first time in 2 years. This condo was one of the best we stayed in. Beautiful and comfortable. The deck furniture was perfect for hanging out in the afternoon, with the shade and gorgeous ocean view!

  •    We initially had reservations through an online self rental agency. It was a frustrating experience and our reservations kept being cancelled. I sent a message to Coastal Realty about available rentals, the response was quick and we were able to make a reservation and actually talk to a person. The condo has been renovated and is extremely clean and attractive. We loved the upgrades, especially the flooring. It is so much cleaner to have the high grade vinyl over carpet. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is just 3 miles south of the grocery/shopping area, so is close enough to run out for forgotten items. We had a small issue requiring contact of maintenance after hours. We were able to make a phone call, speak to a person, and the response was quick and the issue quickly resolved. This experience was so much better than a previous experience with a different company that only answered emergency calls during business hours. The beach view is great and we loved that the beach is not crowded, even on the weekend. We would definitely rent again! Being able to talk to a real person and actually contact that same person again is priceless. Coastal Realty will be our first call for rentals on St Augustine Beach!
