How far is the property from Interstate 95?

Depending on which exit you take, it could be about 12 to 15 miles to our resorts on the beach.

Do you have pet-friendly units?

Yes. Be sure to tell a reservationist that you wish to bring your furry friend and we will do our best to accommodate you. (Click here) to view just our pet friendly rentals.

Can I drive on the beach?

Yes. Please visit St Johns county website to find information on where to drive on the beach and how much it costs. Please note that some beaches require four-wheel drive because of the soft sand.

How far is it to the beach?

Most of our resorts are oceanfront. Some are within walking distance to the beach.

Where is the best place to eat?

St Augustine has so many culinary wonders, it’s impossible to tell you the best place to eat! Our staff has favorites to recommend, but you might also check http://therestauranttimes.com. The magazine is also located in our main office.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

There are two grocery stores, Publix and Winn-Dixie, located near the corner of A1A and A1A Beach Blvd, both in close proximity to our properties. There’s also Stewart’s Market, offering local and fresh fruits, veggies, seafood, and meat. There are also a couple of farmer’s markets in town for fresh veggies.

What should we see downtown?

Where is the nearest boat ramp?

Check the county website for a listing of local boat ramps.

Are beach chairs provided at any of your properties?

No. However, we have a few trusted partners from which you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and other necessities. And they deliver!

Is there internet access?

Yes! All our properties offer free Wi-Fi internet access.

Will the Zika virus affect my St. Augustine vacation?

While there have been some cases of the Zika virus in southeast Florida, no cases have been reported anywhere near the St. Augustine Beach area. For up to the minute information, check the Center for Disease Control's website.
